Top Mast is ideally located on Cape Cod Bay directly at the water’s edge. We are surrounded by fifty-two acres of unspoiled, beautiful scenic conservation land and are adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore, with its miles of uncrowded ocean beaches… a breathtaking sight with dramatic dunes and rolling surf. We are also only located 5 miles from the center of Provincetown, with its diversity of art galleries, fine restaurants, unique shops, whale watching, dune tours and more. Come and relax on our 650 feet of private, groomed beach or enjoy some time in our indoor pool complex complete with a 50 foot heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, steam room, sauna, weight/fitness room, large outdoor deck area with bar and fire pit, tennis/basketball court area, and more! We also have an on premise restaurant that serves breakfast everyday inside or outside on the patio area, and dinner on Friday Nights. Our complex consists of 72 units, including garden view and beachfront motel rooms, one and two room beachfront efficiency units, and two cottages, all with daily housekeeping.
