This was a great little place that is located in a more quiet area rather than the usual route 6 motels. They have a friendly staff and a pool. Plus they offer breakfast. We enjoyed the dog friendly aspect and recommend to other pet owners....

Handkerchief Shoals Cape Cod Inn is a beautifully restored classic Cape Cod motel with the look and feel of a modern Cape Cod Inn. It’s just a short walk or ride (1/2 mile) to Red River Beach and several other beautiful Cape Cod beaches. The large grounds give a nice feeling of privacy in a very quiet tree filled area of Harwich. There is also a barbecue area and lawn games available to our guests. We offer a variety of exceptionally clean and charming rooms. All bedrooms have been recently renovated and feature private baths, large flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Complementary Continental Breakfast is available from Memorial Day to Labor day.
